The Mission of the SES PSTA
2009-2010
1. To advocate for students and families of SES with the school, the Snoqualmie Valley School District and community.
2. To assist and communicate with the parents of SES students in developing the skills and knowledge they need to support their children at school and in the community.
3. To support and assist teachers and school staff in providing the best education possible for our students.
In order to accomplish this mission, the SES PTSA will:
1. Work closely with SES staff to determine existing and emergent needs in student support, and to make decisions about need priorities.
2. Involve students in determining needs and in making decisions that directly affect them.
3. Raise money to help fund programs that address those needs.
4. Promote parent involvement in their children's education.
